Refund Policy

If a paid theme isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of buying it and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

• Email support@rucksy.fun with your order number (it's on your receipt from Gumroad) or the email you bought with.
• We refund through Gumroad, our merchant of record, back to the way you paid. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• After a refund the unlock key stops working. A game that is already running is never interrupted.

After 30 days

If a theme is broken for you and we can't fix it, we'll still refund it. Just write to us.

Bundles

A bundle is refunded as a whole, and its key stops working for every theme it unlocked.
