The Great Indoors: a cats-and-dogs party game where somebody takes the blame
Five cats, five dogs and a whole house to themselves. Sniff out every room and make a glorious mess, until the keys turn in the door and the humans ask: who did this?
The Great Indoors isn’t open to the public yet. While you wait, Candlewake, our haunted-house party game, is free to play right now.

The Great Indoors is an original online party game by Rucksy for 3 to 6 players. Every player is a pet on their own phone, and a TV or laptop can show the whole house. Short on friends? AI pets fill the empty seats.
The house builds itself as you explore: nose open a door and a new room joins the map, so no two afternoons look alike. You face Mischief, grab Stuff and find Treasures, all while a hushed nature-documentary narrator follows the action. When the humans come home, one of 30 different disasters begins. Sometimes the pets pull together; sometimes one of them has secretly been the Culprit all along.
How an afternoon goes

Explore
Nose open every door. Every room you find joins a house that is different every afternoon.

Make a mess
Face Mischief, grab Stuff and find Treasures. Every paw print is evidence, and someone is keeping count.

Keys in the Door
The humans are coming home. One pet may have been the Culprit all along, and somebody is getting the Cone of Shame.
What makes it different
The Blame Vote
When a finale ends, the humans walk in and ask the only question that matters: who did this? Every pet secretly blames another, and the most-blamed pet wears the Cone of Shame.
Ties go to the evidence. Every seat carries a Mess meter, one paw print for each bit of mess, so everyone can see who has been busy. Cats have Clean Paws (every third paw print quietly disappears); dogs have Puppy Eyes (on a tied vote, the cat takes the cone first). The vote never changes who won the finale. It only decides who gets the blame, and whether the real Culprit got away with it.

Questions
When can I play The Great Indoors?
The Great Indoors is not open to the public yet; it is coming soon to rucksy.fun. Candlewake, Rucksy’s haunted-house game, is free to play right now on the same site.
How many players, and do we need to be in the same room?
3 to 6 players. Everyone uses their own phone, so you can play together in one room or apart on a video call, and AI pets fill any empty seats.
Do I need to download anything?
No. It runs in the browser on phones, tablets and laptops, and a TV or laptop can show the house for everyone.
What is the Blame Vote?
When a finale ends, the humans come home and every pet secretly blames another. The most-blamed pet wears the Cone of Shame. Ties go to the evidence on each pet's Mess meter. The vote never changes who won; it decides who takes the blame.
Are the humans players?
No. Every player is a pet. The humans are the house side: they are the clock that ticks toward Keys in the Door, and they judge the Blame Vote when they walk in.
